Complementary/Holistic Care Complementary Cancer Care Programme - offers a programme of homeopathy and other complementary therapies to support well being and quality of life which may be used in conjunction with conventional cancer treatments. General enquiries from health professionals and members of the public are welcomed and an educational programme is also running. Cancer Help Centre - offers a holistic - dealing with the whole person - healing programme (to complement medical treatment) including relaxation, counselling, healing, bodywork, nutrition, visualisation and meditation. Patients can attend for a residential 2 or 5 day course. Education programmes are avalible for health professionals. Information services include books, tapes, videos, nutrition and cancer database - based in Bristol. |
